What Do We Do?

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) facilitates meaningful and transformative learning experiences designed to expand awareness, understanding and appreciation for the University of Central Oklahoma’s culturally, ethnically, socially and spiritually diverse campus community. Through workshops, interactive dialogues and activities, ODI fosters inclusive excellence where students find belonging.

Our Mission

The mission of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion is to advance cultural intelligence while implementing opportunities for our Broncho community to learn, thrive and succeed.

Our Goal

The foundational vision of our mission is driven by our focus on four essential areas: Community, Advocacy, Celebration and Education. We call these our C.A.C.E. principles that work together to create brave spaces and a sense of belonging for all students at Central as we continue to work together to advance equity.
