Important Update:

The University of Central Oklahoma physical campus will be closed to all but essential employees through May 31.

Resident Resources

As a student's home away from home, it is important that resources and assistance never be far from reach. With a dedicated staff available 24/7, all it takes is a text to get the answer to a question or a repair made to your room. 

Front Desk

The Housing Front Desk, located in Bausher Place 201, is open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. They can be reached via nearly every form of communication available and will route residents issues to hall directors or maintenance staff on call for fast resolution. Depending on the severity of the issue, staff may be scheduled to respond immediately or within 48 hours. 

If in a real emergency, call 911 directly.

Community Hall Front Desks

Each community-style residence hall has a front desk staffed by resident assistants each evening from 5 p.m. to midnight. These assistants manage questions and issues brought in person to the desk, or coordinate events and the release of activity supplies to residents that are stored behind the desk. 

Items that can be requested from front desks include board games, sporting equipment,  and DVD and Blu-Ray films.
