University Suites

Hall Information

As one of UCO's most popular housing options, the University Suites offers a suite-style living option for students seeking more privacy without sacrificing vital community connections. Located on the northwest side of campus, this hall gives students a break from  the buzz of campus, while still staying close to valuable campus resources. 

Located on the first floor is the only late-night dining option on campus. Open until 11 p.m., Sidelines serves a menu of sports bar favorites like hamburgers, wings, and wraps surrounded by TVs showing the latest sports broadcast. 

Rate Information

Suite with Shared Bath: $3450 per semester | $6900 per academic year

Suite with Private Bath: $3650 per semester | $7300 per academic year

Super-Suite with Shared Bath: $3859 per semester | $7790 per academic year

PAYMENT PLANS

Room and Board are charged on a semester basis. Payment plans are available for a monthly payment option.  More information on payment plans can be found at the Bursar's Office.
