Housing at the University of Central Oklahoma does not have a live-on requirement for students and operates on a first come, first served basis. We encourage anyone interested in living on campus to complete their application as soon as it opens to secure their room.
The application for housing is open to all admitted UCO students and is accessed through a student's UCONNECT account under Campus Services in the MyHousing portlet.
The housing application opens for different groups on different dates. Be mindful of your classification and be prepared to complete your application when it opens. Apply early for the best chance of getting your preferred hall or Living Learning Community.
2019 - 20 Application for Freshmen and New Residents
The application for freshmen and new residents opens Nov. 1, 2018, and closes Sept. 1, 2019.
2019 - 20 Application for Returning Residents
The application for returning residents opens Oct. 1, 2018, and closes Sept. 1, 2019. Returning residents should apply during the month of October to secure their desired hall and take advantage of special #StayCentral promotions that will be announced throughout October.
Winter Intersession Residents
The contract for current residents to stay on campus during the four-week winter intercession break opens Nov. 1, 2018, and is due Dec. 7, 2018.
2019 Spring Only Residents
The application for spring-only applications opens Sept. 1, 2019, and will close Jan. 31, 2019. Availability is limited and is first-come, first-served.
2019 Summer Only Residents
The application for students wishing to live on campus during the summer months opens March 23, 2019, and closes May 1, 2019. Summer students are required to be enrolled for fall or summer classes to qualify for residence.
