Important Update:

With 13 dining locations spread across campus, the campus community always has easy access to breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a quick mid-afternoon snack. Invest in a meal plan to stretch your dollar even further on campus, and save sales tax with each purchase. 
 
  

Ayers Kitchen

The main dining facility on campus, Ayers Kitchen serves up a host of meals each day with an eye for variety across 13 Action Stations. Visit The Grill for staples like hamburgers and chicken tenders, or stop by the Wok for a hot dish made to order. A soup, salad, and deli bar is always available for a quick sandwich or salad, and the Pantry keeps cereal available for the breakfast lovers among us. The Homestyle bar brings a taste of home with meals like baked chicken, Caribbean jerk pork roast, with vegan dishes like bean enchiladas often featured for those with alternative diet needs. Enjoy all of this, and more like tex mex, pizza and pasta, and the smokehouse, with the facility’s all you care to eat promise.

Sidelines

Located near the athletics complex on the north side of campus, Sidelines serves up a range of sports grill staples from hamburgers to wraps to wings. Campus residents and neighbors can enjoy the sports grill atmosphere and the entertainment planned weekly in the location easily accessed off University Dr. or through the University Suites. As the campus late night option, this spot is great for a bite to eat for the night owls up studying in the residence halls.

Pegasus Café

A premiere addition to the Liberal Arts building, Pegasus Café provides hardworking students, faculty, and staff with carefully curated creations. This modern location features lattes, brewed coffee and tea, seasonal beverages, smoothies, and a revolving variety of tasty treats. This cafe is a great destination for on-the-go energy or a mid-day snack for a busy corner of campus.

1890

A nod to the founding of the university, 1890 Metropolitan Cafe features a menu of tasty sandwiches, packed salads, loaded fries, and sweet desserts in a modern industrial space. Visit this space for lunch each day and enjoy the fast-casual atmosphere before your next class or meeting.

Starbucks

Located in the Nigh University Center, Starbucks provides customers with a personalized coffee experience. Much like the popular stand-alone locations, the UCO Starbucks offers hot and iced espresso beverages, teas, and non-caffeinated beverages like Refreshers customized to order. An assortment of hand-selected food items, coffee bean varieties, reusable eco-friendly cups, and decorative mugs and are available for purchase at the register.

The Market

Conveniently located across campus in the Nigh University Center and Max Chambers Library, the Market locations offer a variety of food and beverage options to fit any schedule. With a plethora of snacks that range from fresh fruit to beef jerky to candy, there is something for every customer. These locations feature meal options like freshly rolled sushi and salads and sandwiches that are ready-made with fresh ingredients to provide optimal lunching in a hurry, or make your own coffee or tea on the go in the Market in the Nigh.

Food Court

Located in the Nigh University Center, the hub of student activity on campus, the food court features five different dining options to satisfy every customer. Sushi with Gusto serves up poke bowls, rice bowls, and fresh made sushi daily, while campus favorite Chick-fil-a has hot chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries ready to go every minute of the day. Custom order a sub sandwich at Second Street Subs, build a taco plate at Tu Taco, or have Flatire Burgers grill up your favorite burger option from their local menu for a fulfilling lunch stop in the Nigh Food Court.
