Broncho Bites

What is Broncho Bites?

Broncho Bites is an on-campus initiative to help reduce food waste and provide meals to the University of Central Oklahoma campus community.

Through this program, food leftover from Ayers Kitchen will be rerouted to the Broncho Bites refrigerator, located outside the Central Pantry, Nigh University Center, Room 151. This food will be available to all UCO students, faculty and staff to take on the go.

Broncho Bites is a collaborative project between the Central Oklahoma Sustainability Collaborative, the UCO Office of Community Engagement and Chartwells. It is supported by a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality to UCO for the 2022-23 academic year. This project also includes campus composting efforts

Register for Broncho Bites Notifications
