The UCO Career Development Center uses a career development model focused on industries of interest. We know that a major doesn't always equal your career, so appointments and programming are structured around this model.

Graduate Outcomes Survey
The Graduate Outcomes Survey helps the University of Central Oklahoma understand the career choices and experiences of our graduates. Using the information you share, we’ll work to enhance our services to UCO alumni and students and illustrate for current and prospective students the wide range of possibilities open to them after graduation.
UCO’s Student Transformative Learning Record (STLR) helps you see and track growth in five other Central Six Tenet categories employers and grad schools say they want all applicants to have in addition to their major. All students, from day one, can earn STLR credit through STLR-tagged activities both in- and out-of-class. Your STLR credits appear in the STLR Snapshot online dashboard, where you’ll organize them into a STLR Snapshot Page Printout. Your STLR Snapshot helps prove you’re ready by having this document, backed by the university, to attach with your resume, cover letters or graduate school applications. UCO is the first in the nation and world to develop this revolutionary approach for students, beginning in 2015.
