LeaderShape Institute
The LeaderShape Institute is a nationally recognized, nationally held, weeklong immersion experience that’s designed to help today’s students identify their values, passions and goals. Anyone who’s been through the program will tell you that it’s hard to describe, but they all agree that it’s one of the most transformative experiences they’ve ever had.
LeaderShape 2022 will be May 10-13
UCO students are coached, mentored and inspired through the Institute’s curriculum, which is taught all over the country. The program is led by two facilitators who have been selected and trained by LeaderShape to facilitate and engage the students who attend the program.
