UCO Leadership Academy
The University of Central Oklahoma Leadership Academy is a progressive program that strives to further develop Oklahoma ninth-grade students to become leaders in their school and communities. The UCOLA accomplishes this by providing first-rate training experiences that will allow each academy participant to develop and enhance their own leadership abilities. It is also a great way for freshmen to be exposed to the University of Central Oklahoma and begin thinking about higher education. The executive board is dedicated to having high-quality leadership development curriculum which focuses on a new theme each year. Through workshops, activities, and discussions, students learn how to make a difference among their peers. Students also participate in a campus tour and a resource fair highlighting services and programs offered here at UCO. Feel free to explore our website to learn more!

The 2023 UCO Leadership Academy will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 8. Registration is now open and will close at 11:55 p.m., Oct. 6. School administrators are responsible for registering their student attendees for the conference. Each school is permitted to bring a maximum of 10 student attendees in order to ensure equal opportunities for all Oklahoma high schools. This year, we have a conference maximum of 375 student participants. Register early to ensure that your students are able to attend! Registration can be found on the UCO Leadership Academy campus UCORE page. Login is not required.
