How to Apply for Leadership Scholarships
There are three ways to be selected to receive a seat on the President's Leadership Council (PLC) or Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Council, as an incoming freshman, transfer or continuing University of Central Oklahoma student. The selection process includes a review of the submitted application and an interview for finalists by a committee comprised of Leadership Central and other university staff.
Incoming freshmen can apply for leadership scholarships via the general UCO application for admission. The deadline to submit your scholarship application is the same deadline as the general scholarship application. The 2021-2022 UCO application deadline to be considered for all scholarships, including leadership scholarships, is February 1, 2021. Incoming freshmen must submit their applications through this process or they will not be eligible to receive a Leadership Central leadership scholarship. There is one combined application for both the PLC and LOT scholarships. To be considered for leadership scholarships, requirements include a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA, 20 ACT and to be active in a minimum of two organizations on their high school campus or in their local community.
Continuing UCO Students

Applications are open now from February 1, 2021 to March 1, 2021. Students who apply are eligible for both the PLC and LOT scholarships. Applications are located on the Leadership Central UCORE page.
