Important Update:

UCO has temporarily shifted most in-person classes to synchronous virtual delivery through Jan. 31. Campus facilities and services will remain open and offer in-person and virtual options. COVID-19 protocols remain in place. Masks are required on campus when around others. Students, faculty and staff who are directly exposed to or test positive for COVID-19 should fill out UCO's COVID-19 Self-Reporting form. What is Broncho Buddies?

Broncho Buddies is an intercultural program pairing UCO domestic students with international students. After being matched by common interests, students are introduced to each other at a kick-off party.

Throughout the semester, the International House hosts events for Broncho Buddies to attend. Typical events include Oklahoma City Thunder basketball games, laser tag, bowling and cultural excursions throughout Edmond and Oklahoma City.

Broncho Buddies are required to spend time with each other at least once a month.

Domestic students get the opportunity to learn about other cultures from all over the world without ever leaving Oklahoma. International students get the chance to learn about American culture through local events.

The goal of this program is to learn about other cultures by crossing cultural boundaries and having fun while doing so.
