Micro-credential Overview
One of the most eye-catching sites in a modern studio is the modular synthesizer (you know, the wall of blinking lights and knobs connected with a tangled network of patch cables that seems to generate ideas by itself). This course is designed to introduce the foundational concepts of modular synthesis and explore the unique workflows that this format provides using the free program VCV Rack, so you can start working in a modular synth environment for free.
What will you be able to do with this micro-credential?
Individuals who participate in this course will learn the basics of creating and modifying sound on a modular synth. Participants will also learn the basics of working in the free program VCV Rack.Intended Audience
