Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
UCO currently offers graduate courses to obtain a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Applicants must complete all required courses for certification. Embedded within the School Psychology Curriculum is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst course sequence. Students completing the program are then eligible to obtain board certification as a BCBA and pursue state licensure through OKDHS DDS to provide behavior analysis services in Oklahoma. For more information regarding the BCBA course sequence please visit the BCBA certification sheet.
This course sequence is only available to those who have completed or are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in education, psychology or behavior analysis. Please visit bacb.com for more information on degree requirement standards. In addition to the course sequence, the candidate must complete 1500 hours of supervised field experience. Field experience hours may be collected under a BCBA as soon as the candidate begins the coursework.
