Management - Human Resource Management
The Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at UCO’s College of Business prepares students in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits and recruiting.
- Human resource majors will take human resource management, legal environment of HR compliance, HR training and development, recruitment and selection and strategic compensation systems, in addition to the business core courses.
- Students can customize their major with elective courses, such as employee relations management, organizational behavior, employee benefit planning, HR information systems/metric and introduction to OSHA.
- Students will also have the opportunity to join the Human Resource Society.
Scholarships & Tuition Waivers
Incoming freshman are eligible for a variety of scholarships within the General Academic Scholarship Program. There are multiple scholarships specific to the College of Business.
