Professional Media
The Professional Media major prepares students to discuss the role of professional communication media in a free society and in an interconnected world; produce industry-quality content for diverse and converged media platforms; evaluate the ethical standards and practices of media professionals; and address local, national, and global issues through participation in UCentral Student Media
Curriculum
The Professional Media program combines video, print, journalism, broadcast, radio, producing, writing and editing to offer a comprehensive education to prepare for careers in media.
