Organizational Leadership - Online
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is offered through Reach Higher, Oklahoma’s flexible adult degree completion program. Students will learn about professional communication, leadership, management and ethics, and choose an area of focus in either Supervision or Global Citizenship Students can earn a college degree while balancing family, work and financial obligations. The Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership degree prepares students for success in corporate, industrial, government and nonprofit careers.
This degree is offered completely online.
Reach Higher-Flex Finish is a flexible adult degree completion program that allows students to complete a degree in Organizational Leadership at Central. The degree program in Organizational Leadership can be done completely online and is designed for adult students who have not already earned a bachelor’s degree. The curriculum was created to meet the needs of today’s businesses. Students will build knowledge and skills in areas like organizational behavior, management, ethics, interpersonal skills, communication and finance.
- Associates Degree or 72 previously earned college credit hours
- 2.0 Cumulative GPA
- 21 years of age or older
Students not meeting the above requirements may still qualify for admission. Applicants for the Reach Higher-Flex Finish program are also eligible to receive a UCO admissions application fee waiver. Contact Trevor Cox, Ph.D., Organizational Leadership program coordinator for more information.
