Reach Higher is Oklahoma’s flexible adult degree completion program and provides a second chance to finish a degree in Organizational Leadership. Students can earn a college degree while balancing family, work and financial obligations. The Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership degree prepares students for success in corporate, industrial, government and nonprofit careers.
Reach Higher-Flex Finish is a flexible adult degree completion program that allows students to complete a degree in Organizational Leadership at Central. The degree program in Organizational Leadership can be done completely online and is designed for adult students who have not already earned a bachelor’s degree. The curriculum was created to meet the needs of today’s businesses. Students will build knowledge and skills in areas like organizational behavior, management, ethics, interpersonal skills, communication and finance.
