Career, Technical and Workforce Development - Workforce Development
The Workforce Development major is committed to linking education, work and training to improve Oklahoma’s corporate workforce. The major prepares individuals who want to pursue opportunities in training and development of adult learners in private industries. The qualified graduate can be employed in a corporate training and development program, a government supported workforce development program or extension, in the field of education or in the U.S. Military.
The Workforce Development program curriculum focuses on learning and various organizational dynamics, such as planning, development and evaluation.
