Diane Feinberg, People and Culture

Diane Feinberg serves as the university’s first vice president for People and Culture.

Feinberg previously served the university as assistant vice president for Human Resources. In her new role, she will oversee the newly developed Division of People and Culture, which includes Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Compensation, Talent Development, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Inclusive Community, Workers’ Compensation, Risk Management, and Environmental Health and Safety.

Feinberg has a broad foundation of executive experience in human resources, financial planning and budgeting, safety and risk management, operations and training and leadership development, having led these efforts during her 22 years at Cox Communications.

Feinberg earned her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Southern Nazarene University and received her master’s degree in adult and higher education with an emphasis in training from Central. She holds senior-level certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute.
