The UCO Wellness Collective is a collaborative wellness space on the 1st floor of the Wellness Center and provides a variety of services such as nutrition consultations, case management and counseling services, select immunizations and access to a food pantry. The Wellness Center membership representative, intramural specialist, and personal trainers office here as well. The lobby of the Collective has comfortable furniture and a state-of-the-art massage chair for students to decompress and relieve stress.

Animal Assisted Therapy
Weekly Spring Hours: Tuesday 10:00 am-4:00 pm
Case Management
Case management services will be offered for currently enrolled students and will include resources and referrals for community-based needs such as housing, SNAP, health insurance, child care, and transportation (e.g., bus passes). In addition, the case managers will ensure navigation, resource and referral to campus resources like disability support services, Project SPEAK, student support services, emergency withdrawal, money coaching, advising, tutoring, and limited coaching for skills related to well-being. Support may also be provided for return to campus post-hospitalization and will receive and offer referrals from other UCO Wellness Collective partners.
Weekly Spring Hours Hours:
Walk-ins are welcome and in most instances, students will be able to see a case manager the same day.
Central Pantry
The Central Pantry at the Wellness Collective will run as a satellite location for the Central Pantry. The location will be stocked with all categories of food that can be found in the original location including, Meats/Protein, Vegetables, Fruit, Read-To-Eat Meals, Grains/Cereals, and Miscellaneous items. There will also be a section of Hygiene Items when available. The Central Pantry at the Wellness Collective will be open a set number of hours each week for students, faculty, and staff to come shop for groceries for their household. When the location is open, a Central Pantry Volunteer will staff the location and check all clients in at the door. The location will receive new donations and stocked shelves each Friday afternoon.

Counseling and Well-Being
The Center for Counseling and Well-Being (CCWB) will have a satellite office in the Collective to offer counseling services for currently enrolled students only. The confidential services help students resolve emotional difficulties, improve personal skills, overcome the effects of trauma or grief, decrease substance use and achieve their intellectual, personal and creative potential.
Weekly Spring Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00 pm-3:00 pm
Walk-ins are welcome and in most instances, students will be able to see a counselor the same day.
Appointments may be scheduled via the main CCWB office.
Dietetics and Nutrition
Faculty and students from the Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Management program will be providing nutrition education and guidance to UCO students via one-on-one dietary assessment and nutrition education or classes, and/or food demonstrations. The assessment/education may be provided by faculty or senior level dietetic students and/or graduate students/dietetic interns under the supervision of one of the faculty mentors who are Registered Dietitians (Tawni Holmes, Katy Soper, Susan Woods). Nutrition appointments will be made available during blocks of time so that students may schedule appointments. Other opportunities (i.e. group classes) will be scheduled as needed/requested during the semester.

Department of Nursing
Faculty, staff and upper-level nursing students will offer immunizations, vaccinations and education programs for students, faculty and staff at various times throughout the school year.
Wellness and Sport
Faculty, Staff, Students, and Community members will be able to schedule fitness assessments, personal training sessions, intramural meetings, and have membership questions answered at the UCO Wellness Collective.
