Upon submitting your application, a message will appear on your screen notifying you that your application has been submitted. Our system does not send an email confirmation of submission. Please note that even if your application was not completed and/or submitted, it will still be viewable by hiring managers.
How long does the hiring process take?
There is no set amount of time for the hiring process. If you apply to a position and receive an interview, we encourage you to discuss the timeline with the hiring manager as it varies by role.
I submitted my application but my information has changed. can I change my application?
Yes! Go to jobs.uco.edu, click on the type of role you applied to (student, staff, faculty or adjunct). Then you may sign in to your account and from there you can view and edit your application.
Will I be informed if I don’t get the position I applied to?
Yes, we send out email communications to all applicants who were not selected.
