Facilities Management

Facilities Management maintains and upgrades our campus and supports UCO's mission and vision by providing our students, community, and staff the educational, working, and recreational spaces to learn and grow into productive, creative, ethical and engaged citizens and leaders.

As a centralized business office, Facilities Operations provides administrative and managerial support to all departments within Facilities Management. This team oversees the FAMIS work order system and Physical Plant billing, processes payments, conducts budget reconciliation, maintains building construction archives, and creates construction, repair, and maintenance requisitions.

Architectural and Engineering Services provides professional and administrative services required to manage and direct the planning, design, construction, and development of physical facilities at the University of Central Oklahoma.  A&E offers expert advice, designs, and estimates for both large and small projects.

Physical Plant is comprised of ten teams that support UCO's campus, buildings, special events, and activities. Services include both regular scheduled maintenance and requests placed through the FAMIS Work Order system by building captains for services like event setup, banner hanging, area marking, electrical support and more.

Facilities Recognition and Awards

The Facilities Management Recognition Program is established to recognize exceptional employees. The program is intended to reward performance, serve as an incentive to others, improve morale, and provide recognition to the selected employees. Their hard work has made them indispensable members of Facilities Management.

We thank them for their efforts and dedication!
