Facilities Management maintains and upgrades our campus and supports UCO's mission and vision by providing our students, community and staff the educational, working and recreational spaces to learn and grow into productive, creative, ethical and engaged citizens and leaders. The department is comprised of more than 75 employees across three units.
As a centralized business office, Facilities Operations provides administrative and managerial support to all departments within Facilities Management. This team oversees the FAMIS work order system and Physical Plant billing, processes payments, conducts budget reconciliation, maintains building construction archives, and creates construction, repair, and maintenance requisitions.
Architectural and Engineering Services provides professional and administrative services required to manage and direct the planning, design, construction, and development of physical facilities at the University of Central Oklahoma.
