All accessible within a 10-minute walk, these spaces are equipped with audio/visual services, access to dining facilities, and open spaces for activities or relaxation.

The Grand Ballroom

Our 9,000 square foot ballroom features soaring ceilings, stunning chandeliers, and elaborate window treatments in a classic wood-paneled space perfect for a formal occasion. With the ability to be split into three 3,000 square foot sections, this space is as versatile as it is classic, opening up the possibilities for how this space can be used during your event.

Banquet Rounds: 525 (175 per ballroom)
Theatre Style: 600 (200 per ballroom)
Classroom: 450 (150 per ballroom)

Grand Ballroom: $2,250 with one microphone, laptop, video projector, screen, house sound, and Wi-Fi included at no charge.
Ballroom A - C: $750 per ballroom with one microphone, laptop, video projector, screen, house sound, and Wi-Fi included at no charge.

Constitution Hall

Our 5,500 square foot auditorium has played host to a number of impressive presenters including Grammy Award-winner John Legend, Pulitzer Prize-winner Jon Meacham, and Thomas Friedman, a columnist for The New York Times. With seating for more than 500, this venue features stacked seating, impressive audio/visual systems, and a stage setup for anything from presenters to pageants.

Premium Rooms

Our Premium Rooms are named after prestigious Oklahomans past and present. Located on the second, third, and fourth floors of the Nigh University Center, these rooms range in size from the 664 square foot Clara Luper Room to the 1,910 square foot Will Rogers Room. With updated interior design elements and audio/visual equipment, we have created spaces that elevate any event held within.

Standard Rooms 

Standard Rooms are located on the first, second, and third floor of the Nigh University Center. These rooms range in size from 192 square feet to 915 square feet. Book your event in one of our modest rooms for a distraction-free meeting or presentation.

Executive Conference Rooms

Our Executive Conference Rooms are equipped to host administrative team meetings and conference calls. Featuring countertops to hold one of our catering team's charcuterie spreads and enhanced audio/visual technology, meetings are efficient and comfortable when hosted in these spaces.

The Blue Tent 

Hosting an outdoor event was never easier than at The Blue Tent on Broncho Lake. With a scenic view of Broncho Lake as a backdrop to any event and built-in theatre seating, The Blue Tent is the choice for events wanting to draw a crowd for a speaker or performance.

The Y-Chapel of Song

Designed, created and constructed by the students, faculty, staff and friends of then-Central State College, the Y-Chapel of Song is unique among campus chapels. The stained glass windows, representing songs sung by the students of the time, create a delightful atmosphere for weddings, meetings, initiations, or recitals.

Plunkett Park

Located on the west side of the UCO campus is a large expanse of green space perfect for an outdoor event. With bleacher seating and available water and electrical connections, host your next festival, reunion, or summer celebration at Plunkett Park.

Chickasaw Plaza

A truly unique space located on southwest side of campus, Chickasaw Plaza features amphitheater seating, a stage floor inset with a Chickasaw pattern, and a photogenic view of Plunkett Park and Old North. Formally opened and dedicated in 2017 by President Don Betz and Chickasaw Gov. Bill Anoatubby, this space is perfect for an outdoor presentation or concert.
