Consistent with revised CDC guidance, vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals are recommended to wear a mask when in public indoor spaces where COVID-19 virus transmission is considered substantial or high.

Online Photo Submission
All UCO students, staff and faculty are eligible to provide secondary ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and a photo for use on your Bronze or Central ID without visiting us in Campus Card Services. Visit Central’s credential management platform, eAccounts, to submit your images electronically. Learn more about eAccounts here.
Your Bronze Card can then be picked up by visiting Campus Card Services or you can stop by the on-campus MidFirst Bank Campus Banking Center in the Nigh University Center to pick up your Central ID Visa Debit Card.
As the University responds to COVID-19, mailing options may be available as well. Contact us for more information.

Choosing the Right ID Card
The Central ID Visa Debit Card is two cards in one: a campus ID card and a debit card. Choosing this option allows the cardholder all the same access and benefits as the Bronze Card, with the added convenience of accessing a payment option accepted across campus, and worldwide. Other benefits include no minimum balance required(after $25 opening deposit), a free introductory check order, and no monthly service charge.
The Central ID Visa Debit Card is issued by MidFirst Bank, member FDIC. Use of the card is subject to the terms of the agreement, as amended, under which it was issued. This card is also governed by the regulations of the University of Central Oklahoma. It must be presented to secure specific services and privileges. It is nontransferable.
The Bronze Card is the standard campus ID option. This card will verify the cardholder's identity as a member of the UCO campus community, provide access to academic advising and financial services, and entrance to authorized campus buildings. This card also ensures access to a range of campus amenities including campus meal plans, athletic events, and campus activities, library services, and the UCO Wellness Center.
The Bronze Card is governed by the regulations of the University of Central Oklahoma. It must be presented to secure specific services and privileges. It is nontransferable. This card remains the property of the University of Central Oklahoma and must be surrendered to an authorized university official upon request.
In order to experience the on- and off-campus benefits of a UCO student ID, Connected Campus students can receive their ID by mail by placing an order via an online request form. Having an ID allows students to access the benefits and discounts available to members of the UCO community, no matter their location.
The online form allows students to order the student ID of their choice, as well as a Nursing Badge for upper-division nursing students who are required to purchase a Nursing Badge to provide visual identification in the clinical setting. Currently the request form only accepts orders for Nursing Badges when ordered in conjunction with a student ID. If you already have an ID and just need a Nursing Badge please contact our office. Bronze Card and Nursing Badge requests will be processed by Campus Card Services. Central Card requests will be forwarded to MidFirst Bank, who will process applications for a Broncho Checking account or offer assistance with the process.Connected campus id order form
Following the submission of the online request form, students can expect to receive their ID card to be delivered within two weeks to the address on record with the university. To ensure delivery, students should confirm their address in UCONNECT under the Student Information tab prior to submitting the request form.
Upon receiving a Bronze or Central Card, activation is required. Instructions will be included with the card, and it is important to follow both the bank and university activation processes when activating a Central Card. Nursing Badges do not require activation.
