Q: What is the fee for a campus ID card?

The ID card fee for students is $25. Faculty and staff members will receive their ID card free of charge at orientation.

Q: What happens if I lose my ID card?

If your card is lost, please report it immediately to Campus Card Services. Each card is unique to your record and must be deactivated for the protection of you and the campus community. A replacement card for both the Central ID Visa Debit Card and the Bronze Card can be obtained in the Campus Card Services Office. A $25 replacement fee will be billed to students' bursar accounts.

Q: What happens if my ID card is stolen?

Please follow the same procedure as if your card was lost. For stolen cards, Campus Card Services will waive the replacement fee if a copy of the police report is provided.

Q: Can I have more than one copy of my ID card?

For your protection, our campus OneCard system only allows one ID card per person.

Q: Do I need to get a new ID card if I am a returning student?

Any “old” versions of the UCO ID (printed before May 2013) have been retired and are no longer accepted as a valid university ID.

Q: Why are there two stripes on the back of my Central ID Visa Debit Card?

The silver stripe at the top of the card is for banking functions; the black stripe at the bottom is for university functions.

Q: How is my Central ID Visa Debit Card different from a credit card?

The Central ID Visa Debit Card is NOT a credit card; it is a Visa® check card linked to your MidFirst Bank Broncho Checking Account.

Q: Am I required to have an account with MidFirst Bank as a student or faculty/staff member?

This service is optional to all members of the campus community.

Q: What is eAccounts?

eAccounts is Central’s online credential management platform. By logging into eAccounts students, staff, and faculty can check meal plan balances, review transaction history, submit an ID photo, deactivate a lost ID, or reactivate a found ID.
