With eAccounts you are in control of your UCO ID and campus dining plan. View your Broncho Bucks balance and transaction history, upload a photo of your choosing for your Bronze or Central ID or deactivate your ID if it has been misplaced. When you find it you can visit eAccounts to turn it back on.

Accessing eAccounts

To access your eAccount, use one of the following options:

On the Accounts tab you can view your Broncho Bucks balance and board plan details. You can also view transactions and search transaction history.

Card Services

On the Card Services tab you can deactivate and reactivate your ID. If your ID was mailed to you, it will arrive deactivated and you will need to reactivate it before use.

If you lose your ID you can call us to freeze your card or you can visit eAccounts to deactivate the card yourself.

Please note that if you use your ID for electronic access control deactivating and then reactivating your ID will erase any custom permissions you may have had. This will not affect general residence hall access but would affect special access such as permission to access the Art Building, STEM Building, Resident Assistant privileges etc. If you lose these custom permissions please contact the original granting authority (Hall Director, Lab Manager, etc.) to have your permission restored.


Visit the Profile tab to submit a photo for your Bronze or Central Card. Select the “Click to submit a new photo” link to begin the online photo submission requirement. Learn more about photo submission and secondary ID requirements here.
