Academic Advisement

Students can schedule advisement appointments by logging in to the online appointment system at https://myadvisor.uco.edu. Advisors are seeing students virtually via phone, email, and video appointments only, so please make sure to choose an appointment type.  Any students who are unable to access the system may also email advisement@uco.edu or call 405-974-2727 for assistance with scheduling an appointment.

Admissions

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment is providing all services remotely. We are currently admitting students for the Summer and Fall 2020 terms. Broncho Education & Learning Lab (BELL)

Even though all on-campus BELL locations are closed, the BELL has transitioned to virtual peer-tutoring and supplemental instruction sessions for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester. Beginning March 27, all peer-tutor sessions will be conducted virtually with one of your UCO peers. You can schedule your appointment at any time to meet virtually. The BELL appointment scheduling process remains the same. After scheduling, students will receive an email with instructions to join the appointment. Along with free tutoring provided by a UCO peer, the BELL also provides 24/7 online tutoring. Students can access both a virtual peer-tutor and a 24/7 online tutor from the side menu bar in their D2L course shell under "UCO Student Resources."

Bursar

The Bursar's Office is closed for in-person services, but you may pay your bill online via UCONNECT. Go to the My Finances Tab. Select Pay with Touchnet. By electronic check. Enter your bank’s routing and your account number to pay from your checking or savings account without incurring a service fee. By credit or debit card. This option charges a non-refundable 2.85% convenience fee. If you have a debit card, we encourage you to use the first option of paying with an electronic check.

Career Development Center

The Career Development Center is closed for in-person services but is still available to provide services to students, alumni, faculty and employers virtually. Visit careers.uco.edu to view resources and tools as well as to schedule a virtual appointment with a career development specialist. In addition to general resources and appointments, our Virtual Career Center is available 24/7 to provide in-depth, self-guided assistance through interactive modules.

Center for Counseling and Well-Being

Visit the Center for Counseling and Well-Being website to learn about ways to take action for keeping your mind, body and spirit well. You can take self-assessments and engage in self-service by visiting the TAO Connect website.

For counseling services, virtual walk-in hours will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily by completing an online request for an appointment with any staff member for counseling or case management. Call 405-974-2215 or email ucoccwb@uco.edu from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday from questions or additional information. Any messages will be returned within 24 hours.

Disability Support Services

Disability Support Services currently is  offering remote services only. DSS personnel are available and working remotely from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The DSS Testing Center will remain closed during June and July as classes continue to be offered online/alternatively.

Global Affairs 

The Office of Global Affairs (OGA) will be able to serve our students and visitors from the campus location by APPOINTMENT only. We strongly recommend all students, faculty and staff, as well as visitors schedule a virtual appointment whenever possible with an OGA team member rather than an in-person meeting. You can request an appointment through our Appointment Request Form. Expanded Wi-Fi to Select Campus Parking Lots

Testing Center

UCO Testing Services is closed for in-person testing until at least June 1, 2020. During this time, students can schedule remote placement testing through one of two third-party service providers: Reading and Writing (ACCUPLACER) tests can be taken through Examity, and Math (ALEKS) tests can be taken through ProctorU. Please note that both charge a fee for their service. To schedule a remote test, email testingservices@uco.edu.

Title IX / Office of Student Conduct

Beginning June 1, the Office of Title IX and the Office of Student Conduct will resume in-person services. In-person meetings will be limited. To schedule an appointment with Student Conduct or Title IX, request a virtual appointment.
