Passport Health will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics on the UCO campus:
When: TBD
Where: 312 E. Main St. (corner of Main and University Drive). 
Who: This clinic is open to UCO faculty, staff and students age 18 and older. Bring your UCO ID to the appointment to verify status as an employee or student. All Oklahomans now are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination under the State of Oklahoma vaccine distribution plan. 

Passport staff, along with UCO nursing faculty and students, will administer the first dose of a two-dose series vaccine given at least 21-28 days apart. There is no charge for the vaccine when participants present a health insurance ID card, and those who do not have health insurance may also participate at no cost to the participant.
Appointments are required to receive the vaccine. Face masks are required to be worn at the appointment.
