CREIC
Center for Research and Education in Interdisciplinary Computation
CREIC enables computational research and education activities at UCO. We provide support and computational resources, including Buddy, UCO's first supercomputer.
CREIC researchers are working in areas such as modeling of enzymatic degradation of blood clots, high-throughput DNA and RNA sequencing, high performance computing applications in wildlife investigations, high-throughput analysis of optical coherence tomography signals, computer vision, fluid dynamics for flagella-driven cell motility in biomixing, geographical information systems and graph theory analysis of gerrymandering models, modeling of interactions of host and guest molecules, modeling of nickel-based complexes, data processing for repeat photography, artificial intelligence planning and machine learning applied to improving movement of wheelchair patients.
