Working Design Studios

ClockTower, InkTank, Charles Evans

The School of Design operates three semi-professional design studios: ClockTower Studio and InkTank Studio for Graphic Design majors, and Charles Evans Studio for Interior Design majors. These studios are staffed by students who exhibit a high-caliber of design skills. The students work in teams with a designated Art Director / Project Manager. Students take turns filling different roles within the team. The work produced is portfolio worthy and of professional quality. The student designers receive valuable real-world work experience that cannot be obtained in a typical design classroom. Students gain insight and expertise working with clients, budgets, material limitations, and deadlines.
