Child Study Center
Since 1965, the Child Study Center at UCO has provided half-day programs for 3-and-4-year-old children. The program also supports the education, training and research efforts of UCO students and faculty by offering observation experiences while also providing valuable learning experiences for young children and families. The Child Study Center is open to children of UCO faculty, staff and students as well as children from the metro community.
About the Program
Our center is a half-day program for 3–4-year-old children attending from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Families choose from Monday, Wednesday and Friday for $400 per semester or Tuesday and Thursday sessions for $350 per semester. A five-day enrollment is offered for the total price of both sessions. The 4–5-year-old children meet in the afternoons from 1:00-4:00 p.m. and attend Monday through Thursday for $400 per semester. The program follows the UCO school calendar.
The Child Study Center is located in the Human Environmental Sciences (HES) building and is operated by the family life education program within the UCO College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS). See the UCO campus map for direction information.
