Important Update:

Due to continued impacts of the ice storm, UCO will be closed Thursday and Friday, Oct. 29-30. All classes and activities are cancelled. Offices are closed.

UCO requires all students, faculty, staff and visitors to wear a mask on campus when around others, both indoors and outdoors, and practice physical distancing of at least six feet when possible. If you or someone you know has COVID-19 symptoms, has been directly exposed to COVID-19 or has tested positive, fill out UCO's COVID-19 Self-Reporting form. To learn more about current operations, view the university's coronavirus webpage. View a list of UCO's virtual services.

The Center for Active Living and Learning offers a variety of membership options to choose from based on individual needs. CALL is always accepting new members. Participants can register by calling 405-974-5309 or by emailing call@uco.edu.

Membership Rates

Bi-annual Membership (Payment due January 1 and July 1) - $60

Annual Membership - $120 (includes a FREE DXA Scan – a $50 value)

CALL members must also purchase a UCO Wellness Center parking pass ($35 for annual pass). This parking pass can be purchased at the UCO Wellness Center.

Additional Benefit - DXA Scan

An annual CALL membership also includes a free Dual X-Ray Absorptiometry (DXA) scan. The DXA is a machine that uses lower amounts of radiation than a normal X-ray and provides much more information. It reads bone mineral density and body composition. A print out is provided with all the information that the scan can bring and includes where you stand in comparison to those your age and gender. This is highly advantageous as we age as it is good to know what state our bones are in.

Scans take place in the UCO Kinesiology Lab at the Wellness Center by a trained exercise science graduate student or a faculty member. To prepare for a scan, participants should wear comfortable clothes that contain no metals and no jewelry.

Those without an annual membership who wish to schedule a DXA scan can pay an additional $50 fee.
