College of Business Testing Center

In order to meet student authentication requirements as set by federal guidelines and the Higher Learning Commission, the College of Business Testing Center provides proctoring for online business course exams at no extra charge.

These services, an alternative to ProctorU, UCO’s official online test proctoring service, are available to students enrolled in any online business course.

The College of Business Testing Center is located in BUS 109.

Scheduling an Exam

Scheduling an exam with the UCO College of Business Testing Center is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Are you scheduling an exam for a current, online UCO course that is offered by the College of Business? If yes, continue to step 2. If no, see if your exam is offered by UCO Testing Services (THH 319) or the UCO eLearning Testing Center (THH 310) or Disability Support Services (NUC 305).

Step 2: Please review the Policies and Procedures prior to scheduling an exam. Be sure and note our No Show/Late Policy.

Step 3: Schedule Exam


Please note: On weekends, enter through the southeast doors (facing the faculty and commuter student parking lot / College of Liberal Arts) or through the southwest doors (facing Broncho Lake / courtyard). If the doors are locked, call Campus Police at (405) 974-2345 and/or email cbtesting@uco.edu and the proctor can assist you with getting into the building.

ProctorU

Students have an alternative option to the College of Business Testing Center for scheduling online business exams through UCO’s official online test proctoring service, ProctorU. Students must meet the system requirements to use the services of ProctorU.

Please note: ProctorU is not a free service, nor is it covered by the student’s fees for UCO online courses. Students are responsible for all  ProctorU exam fees, including extra fees charged for late registrations and the “Take it Now” feature. The College of Business only covers the base cost for the proctoring session for the Business Senior Exam (BSE) but extra fees associated with late registrations and the “Take it Now” feature are not covered.

Testing Center Schedule

By appointment only, depending on availability (first-come, first-served)

Monday - Sunday

  • Center Hours: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • First Exam: 8:30 a.m.
  • Last Exam: 7:30 p.m.

  • Monday, Aug. 22-Sunday, Aug. 28 - First Week of Fall 2022 Semester
  • Monday, Sept. 6 – Labor Day
  • Thursday, Oct. 13-Friday, Oct. 14 – Fall Break
  • Wednesday, Nov. 23-Friday, Nov. 25 – Thanksgiving Break
  • Monday, Jan. 9-Sunday, Jan. 22 - First Two Weeks of Spring 2023 Semester
  • Monday, March 13-Friday, March 17 - Spring Break
  • Wednesday, May 31-Sunday, June 11 - First Week of Summer 2023 Semester
  • Monday, June 19 - Juneteenth (observed)
  • Monday, July 4 - Independence Day

*The College of Business Testing Center is closed on all UCO observed holidays and all other days classes are not in session (e.g., breaks, snow days, COVID campus operational changes, etc.). Students are welcome to use ProctorU during the times the College of Business Testing Center is closed. Please note that we are also closed during the university's Monthly Maintenance Days.
