What is Experiential Learning?

Experiential learning is a process through which students develop knowledge, skills and values from direct experiences outside a traditional classroom setting.

Experiential learning encompasses a variety of activities including study tours, internships, mentorship programs, undergraduate research and many other creative and professional work experiences.

At the UCO College of Business, we strive to offer programs that encompass experiential learning such as the 2BLeaders Program and Paris Study Tour.
