Important Update:

UCO requires all students, employees and visitors to wear a mask on campus when around others, both indoors and outdoors, and practice physical distancing of at least six feet when possible. If you or someone you know has COVID-19 symptoms, has been directly exposed to COVID-19 or has tested positive, fill out UCO's COVID-19 Self-Reporting form. To learn more about current operations, view the university's coronavirus webpage. View a list of UCO's virtual services.

UCO is proud to announce the use of electronic commencement tickets for all commencement ceremonies.

All graduates cleared for graduation are eligible to receive tickets to the appropriate commencement ceremony. The amount of tickets is determined semester by semester, but students generally receive four (4) tickets for spring and six (6) tickets for fall. Students must use their UCO email address and student ID number without the asterisk (*) to log in. If you have not yet been cleared for graduation, you will not be able to log in to download tickets.

Due to a large number of graduates and limited seating in Hamilton Field House, we require tickets for all guests at commencement. Ushers will scan tickets at the Hamilton Field House outer doors. Tickets must be printed as they cannot be scanned on mobile devices. Seating may not be reserved, and even with a ticket, seating is not guaranteed. The early arrival of your guests is suggested - inform them accordingly.

If you do not need all of your tickets

When you log in to your ticket account, you will see an option to donate unneeded tickets back to Graduation Services for redistribution. The redistribution or exchange of tickets for monetary purposes is prohibited.

Transferring Tickets

If you are wanting to give a ticket to a friend that is attending the same ceremony, you must complete the ticket download (checkout). You will then have the option to “Send To Friend” via email. Opting to donate unneeded tickets will return tickets back to Graduation Services.

Guests Without Tickets

Guests without tickets may only enter Hamilton Field House after the national anthem. Any remaining seating will be released then. Overflow and guests without tickets may view the ceremony broadcast in the foyer on the south side of Hamilton Field House.

*In cases of large ceremonies, overflow and/or those without tickets may be able to view the live streaming of graduation in the College of Business in either the Troy Smith Lecture Hall (Room 113) or Room 121. The rooms will open one hour prior to each ceremony. This will be announced on the commencement website when available.

Extra Tickets

Extra tickets may be available to download if the downloaded ticket count is low, and under the maximum seating capacity in Hamilton Fieldhouse. This will be announced at a later date. There are no sign ups for extra tickets. Watch your UCO email account for more information.

Extra tickets are not guaranteed.
