Bill earned a B.S. in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Northeastern State University, an M.Ed. in Secondary Education with a Health emphasis (Honors Graduate) also from Northeastern State University and A.B.D. on an Ed.D. in Higher Education with a Health emphasis from Oklahoma State University. He has spent over 30 years in higher education as a member of the faculty, administration, and staff, primarily at Northeastern State University. Bill retired from NSU and came to UCO on a part-time basis as a Freshman Advisor. He has now moved into a full-time position in the same area and truly enjoys helping Freshmen adjust to college while planning their future. Bill loves sports, exercise, people, and life. He has two daughters, Natalie and Lindsay, and resides in Edmond.

Gina Kincade is an Academic Advisor for freshmen. Gina was born in Oklahoma City and grew up in Ponca City. She studied music business and marketing at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1997. Gina worked in publicity at RCA Label Group in Nashville for two years before marrying a Navy pilot and beginning the nomadic life of a military spouse in 1999. Over the next 14 years, Gina and her husband Matt along with their two sons, Brandon and Kyle, lived in Texas, California, Nevada, and Iowa before returning home to Oklahoma in 2013. Gina was awarded a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in crisis and trauma from Walden University in November of 2015. After working in the mental health field for a year, Gina turned her focus to higher education where she strives to help freshmen get their academic careers off to a strong start. In her spare time, Gina loves spending time with family and friends, watching her son Brandon play electric bass in the School of Rock Edmond house band, and attending her son Kyle’s gymnastics meets.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from Oklahoma State University and majored in Family Relations and Child Development. After college, she was employed as a social worker. She later earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Media Education from UCO and then began working as an adjunct instructor at UCO. Gina has taught Success Central, Success Strategies, Healthy Life Skills, College Reading and Study Skills, and Technology for Teachers. Before transferring to Academic Advisement, Gina worked in the Project Persist office as a Retention Specialist.
Gina is married and has two children and two cats. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family – especially going for long walks, cooking, working in the yard, and traveling.

Hannah Miller Leftwich has been working as a Freshman Advisor at UCO since April of 2015. She received her bachelor’s degree from the Concordia University in Seward-Nebraska and moved to Oklahoma City in 2004. After serving as a youth director in Oklahoma City for 9 years, Hannah began working in higher education in 2013. In 2016, she graduated from UCO with her Masters’ of Adult and Higher Education-Student Personnel. Hannah lives in Edmond with her husband, Robbie, and two daughters, Hazel and Rosemary. Hannah enjoys reading, watching/quoting the TV show Friends, and cooking.

Maegan was born and raised in Arkansas but has lived in Oklahoma since 2015. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Arkansas Tech University in 2013 and Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University in 2015. When she's not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and son. She enjoys working for a university that is so student-centered and progressive in meeting the needs of students and the community!

Rachel Glass Fairchild has advised freshmen at UCO since January 2016. Rachel is passionate about helping students navigate the many transitions they face in their first year of college. Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Pomona College in Claremont, California. Dedicated to improving education, Rachel taught fourth grade through Teach for America, created arts-in-education programs in New York and evaluated K-12 education leadership reform efforts at UCLA for 8 years. Rachel moved to Oklahoma in 2005 to be closer to her family. In 2014, after a 7-year stint in retail management, Rachel returned to work in higher education. She graduated from UCO in 2016 with her Master of Adult and Higher Education-Student Personnel. Rachel lives in Edmond with her son and daughter. Rachel loves dancing, watching Netflix with her kids, and spending time with friends. She hates to cook.
