Students can earn STLR credit through STLR-tagged events, class assignments, student groups, out-of-class projects, by using STLR locations, during one-on-one appointments, or through online content. These STLR-tagged activities offer credit in one, or more, of the five STLR-tracked tenets.
STLR-trained faculty and staff submit activities to be approved that relate to one or more of the five STLR-tracked tenets. Once approved, the faculty or staff member facilitates the activity, whether through their class, department, student group, outside-of-class project or area, and awards a STLR credit level. STLR credits are recorded in D2L and can be viewed on the STLR Snapshot online dashboard.
