General Workshop Information 

• You must pre-register for all workshops. Contact the person listed to register for a workshop. 
• Workshops are designed to be interactive and hands-on. Please be prepared to participate in the activities. 
• Dress casually, comfortably and appropriately for the outdoors. Some activities may be conducted outdoors, even if it is hot, cold or wet.

Who can take classes? 

All members of the wellness center including Community, City of Edmond and all UCO faculty and students.

How much does it cost? 
Park Fee admission may be required. 
Equipment rental is for not more than 1 day at a time. 
Please allow extra time before and after usage of equipment for inspection. 
All damages and negligence will result in compensation of damaged equipment.

Outdoor Adventure  The Outdoor Adventure Recreation boathouse offers open kayaking and canoeing, including 15 min intro to Kayaking mini courses from 3-7 pm every day of the week. The staff also leads Kayak camping trips as well as any other outdoor pursuits such as backpacking,mountain biking,trail running,boat rescue and much more.
