Immunizations

Oklahoma state law requires that all students who attend Oklahoma colleges and universities provide proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Hepatitis B. If you cannot verify your immunizations you will need to be re-immunized. Medical, religious and moral exemptions must be made in writing. Most Oklahoma Public High School students graduating after 2002 are already compliant with State law.
