Instructional programs are non-credit fitness classes that provide personal enrichment, training and skill building and are intensive in nature. The instructors are certified within their discipline and have many years of experience teaching.
Ju-jitsu is a form of martial arts that works to develop efficient, flowing, and circular movements for defense. The Ju-jitsu system practices techniques aimed at manipulating the opponent's force against himself rather than confronting it with one's own force. The Art of Ju-jitsu uses grappling techniques, pins, joint locks, and throws to neutralize the opponent.
