Learning Outcomes - Healthy Behaviors
At the University of Central Oklahoma, students will:
- Be able to learn at the level of their potential.
- Demonstrate and report engagement with academic and co-curricular activities and challenges in college.
- Choose and exhibit behaviors that promote health, reduce risk, and strengthen relationships.
- Participate in recreation and fitness activities.
- Demonstrate positive self-care, including healthy diet, regular exercise, personal hygiene, and sufficient sleep in routine patterns.
- Demonstrate emotional well-being and care-taking in relation to self and others.
- Understand and explain the relationship between health and one's capacity to meet personal, academic, and long-term goals.
- Exhibit caring attitudes and form authentic and mutually rewarding human relationships.
