Any International Student at the University of Central Oklahoma

Monday, October 28th – Wednesday, November 20th
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-6:50pm
UCO Wellness Center room 104
The purpose of this program is to introduce UCO International Students to know about group fitness programs and wellness center facilities, and to provide support for those who may not typically use the UCO Wellness Center.
Activities will include fun team building games, introduction to Group Fitness Classes including Yoga and Zumba, as well as how to do a total body workout!
Participation is limited to the first 12 registrations, so sign up now by emailing BK Lim, Graduate Intern for the UCO Wellness Center at firstname.lastname@example.org before October 24th to guarantee your spot!
