Group Fitness classes are a fun, motivating, and challenging way to fit exercise into your daily routine.


Group fitness is a group of people exercising together as part of a planned and carefully constructed program, and the results are often quite good. The members of the class are guided through the entire routine from beginning to end from a certified instructor. Classes are designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels and skills.
