Pilates and Yoga - the best of both worlds! Participants will perform core strengthening Pilates movements combined with classic yoga poses that will leave you strong, flexible and relaxed.
Target and challenge the abdominals, back and hips in this intense and dynamic 30 minute workout. Participants will learn how to effectively strengthen the core using proper technique and form, with the goal of improving posture and decreasing low back pain.
