Class Descriptions


This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness.

Body Pump:

The original LES MILLS™ barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.  The cutting-edge BODYPUMP™ choreography and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors, you can get the group effect and the results you've been looking for! (Maximum 20 participants)


Cardiovascular workout utilizing specialized stationary bikes. Participants choose their resistance while riding to exhilarating music! In this class you will burn calories! Climb, sprint, and jump your workout to the next level. (Maximum 12 participants)


An intense workout with controlled jabs, punches, kicks, and combinations. Participants will be challenged and inspired to discover the endless energy and power of simple, yet precise kickboxing techniques.

Muscle Fire:

An action-packed class filled with scorching plyometric drills, incendiary kettlebell training, blazing TRX, molten intervals of strength power and resistance.


Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.


Mind-body class where participants perform traditional yoga poses in conjunction with breathing techniques and meditation.

Yoga Gentle Flow:

A continuous, flowing sequence of poses, linked together by breath. This class helps to improve your strength, flexibility, and stamina. (Maximum 12 participants)


A combination of principles from Yoga and Pilates, a great mind/body class for people of all fitness levels.  This class focuses on flexibility, core stability and strength, as well as relaxation techniques.


Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat! (Maximum 45 participants)
