Fall 2016 Class Descriptions

All About Abs:

This class is designed to help target and strengthen all of your abdominal muscles as well as improve your lower back strength. This is a 20 minute class designed for all fitness levels.

Barre Yoga:

This class is a combination of pilates, ballet, and yoga. This is a total body workout that will condition and tone your muscles by utilizing light weights and a ballet bar. No dance experience necessary!

Boot Camp:

This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness.

Muscle Fire:

If you are looking for a challenge or a way to spice up your everyday fitness routine, this is an action-packed class filled with scorching plyometric drills and kettlebell training  that will incorporate interval, strength, power and resistance training.


PIYO Live takes you through stretching, strengthening, and body weight resistance exercises at a fast flowing pace to help sculpt and define your muscles.


This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. (maximum 20 participants)

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

This is one of the most popular forms of yoga due to its fast paced movement and positive approach to fitness. This class is welcoming to both new participants as well as the seasoned yogi.


A combination of principles from Yoga and Pilates and a great mind/body class for people of all fitness levels.  This class focuses on flexibility, core, stability and strength, as well as relaxation techniques.


Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!
