Programs and Services
To promote fitness and wellness in the workplace, encourage teamwork and build positive camraderie, we work with your department to design a fitness program that works best with your staff's schedules and needs. Health and wellness activities include fitness classes, wellness activites and/or events that serve to promote and/or improve health status, as well as programs.
How the program works?
The departments currently involed in the Employee Wellness program allow their employees two, one-hour, predetermined workout times per week. During this time, employees attending group fitness class workout in the Wellness Center and participate in wellness activities or events. To add some fun and excitement to it, employees can add their own department touch such as: divide the participating employees into teams, have interoffice challenges or host an awards ceremony.
