You have 2 device options:
ResponseCard – Turning Technologies' ResponseCards are interactive audience keypads that allow participants to select and submit a response via the device frequency.
ResponseWare – Turning Technologies’ mobile solution that turns a participant’s web-enabled mobile device into a virtual ResponseCard. ResponseWare mobile app allows students and participants to respond using a Wi-Fi or data connection and is available for all mobile devices including laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
To purchase either response solution, you can visit the Campus Bookstore in the Nigh University Center, or purchase online at Turning Technologies' website. Use School Code: UCO7. Refer to the Turning Technologies Student guide for step-by-step instructions for purchasing a device through the Turning Technologies’ website.
Please note UCO does NOT currently support the TurningPoint Cloud. The TurningPoint cloud will not integrate with D2L.
For help with your device, please refer to the Turning Technologies’ TurningPoint 5 Training Tutorials website. The Information on Response Devices is located at the bottom right.

Complete the Turning Technologies Device Registration form inside D2L. This link can be found in the UCO Student Resources list on the D2L My Home screen or on your D2L course's homepage.
Note: This will only need to be done once.
Use the Registering Your Turning Tech Response Device guide for step-by-step instructions to complete this step. To complete the registration process, you will need to first log in to Learn@UCO (D2L).
Be sure to take your device with you to each and every class session! This is a vital part to participating in interactive polling sessions and your instructor will not be able to record your participation without it! Once in class, use the following guides to use your ResponseCard or ResponseWare device.
Note: If you are using a ResponseWare account on your mobile device, you will need a session code to join via Wifi or cellular networks. This code will be provided by your instructor when the polling session begins.
Your instructor will provide any additional information regarding when and how you will be expected to use your device to respond to questions in the course.
If you need any additional assistance, please contact the Service Desk at 974-2255, email@example.com, or visit the walk-up desk on the 1st floor of the library.
