Role Name
Role Definition
Editor
User that has the ability to create new pages and content and manage page layout.
NOTE: This role will apply to most people.
Contributor
User has the ability to only create new page copy.
Approver
User that chooses not to edit, but approve pending content; typically Management Level.
Manager
The departmental or divisional site manager.
Primary technical contact for the site.
Website to Access
Identify the website for the division, college, department or program that you are responsible for editing. For example, if you work in the Division of Student Affairs, you would list your website to access as Student Affairs. Website access also drills down to departments and even programs. If you are responsible for editing the Career Services website, you would list your Website to access as: Career Services, a department of Student Affairs.
