UCO recently implemented a new Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system to integrate voice, data and video into a single, easy-to-manage service. For more information about the upgrade or features offered on the system, visit Frequently Asked Questions.

Voicemail to Email - When someone leaves a voicemail message, an email notification is automatically sent with the voicemail audio (.wav) file attached.
Long Distance Code - To make a long distance call, dial 9, then 1 and the area code plus the number. Callers will be prompted to enter their long distance code followed by #.
Voicemail PIN - A voicemail PIN is used to access voicemail from your phone. The default PIN is 123654. You will then be prompted to select a unique PIN as you use the service for the first time.
Phone Services PIN - A Phone Services PIN is used to login to your Personal Phone Directory. The default PIN for this is also 123654. You can change the PIN on the My Phone Website* under the General Settings tab. The UserID will be your UCO computer ID.
My Phone Website* - This website will allow you to customize several features on your phone such as Personal Directory contacts, change your Phone Services PIN and set up speed dials. To access the website go to https://myphone.uco.edu, login using your UCO computer username and password.
Directories - There are two directories on your phone. The UCO Directory contains numbers for all personnel on campus. The Personal Directory will be contacts created and only accessible by you.

Phone training will take place during new employee orientation. If you are a current UCO employee and missed previous training sessions, contact the service desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or (405) 974-2255
As part of the phone system upgrade, the Office of Information Technology provided a one-for-one replacement of all campus phones. Additional phones and authorized accessories will be available through the Central Tech Store. Pricing will be posted soon.
Phone services are no longer provided for residents living in UCO Housing. For emergencies, please use your mobile device and call 911 and/or Campus Police @ (405) 974-2345.
