Self Help Resources for Students: Suicide Prevention

At the Student Counseling Center, we see suicide prevention as one of our most important roles on the UCO campus. Suicide prevention often plays an immediate role in individual sessions with students. The Student Counseling Center is also able to reach hundreds of students each year through our QPR training program, which trains staff and students how to identify students who may be at risk and refer them to those that can help.  If you would like to learn more about suicide prevention on university campuses, check out the following organizational web pages:
