The Office of Parent & Family Programs is excited to announce the first ever Dad's Day! This year's event will take place on November 10th as part of the UCO vs. Northeastern State University football game. To give you the chance to spend time with your student, the office has planned the first ever Dad's Day Chili Bowl. This will be a great opportunity for you to show off your cooking skills while also tailgating with the University. If you aren't interested in participating in the cook-off, don't worry there will be many other activities for you to enjoy including a lunch, a live band, and many food challenges you can see other dads participate in.
10:30 a.m. Check-in & registration for Chili Bowl Participants
10:45 a.m. Explanation of rules, secret ingredient, and official countdown.
11:00 a.m. Live band begins
11:30 a.m. Lunch is served. Take the chance to taste some chili while having the lunch provided.
11:30 a.m. Food Challenge #1 for our participants to show off their Master Chef skills.
12:00 p.m. Special Guest
12:30 p.m. Food Challenge #2 with our chefs
1:00 p.m. Special Guest
1:10 p.m. Chili is collected for tasting
1:15 p.m. Final Challenge
1:30 p.m. Winners announced
2:00 p.m. UCO vs. Northeastern State University Kick-off
